Proceedings Paper Submission Guidelines

1. Papers may be up to 10 pages, single-spaced, including, tables, figures, and references.
2. Please download and use the Proceedings Template. This template was created in Microsoft Word and has embedded styles for fonts and formatting. Please adhere to these styles.
3. The template is set with 1-inch margins and Times New Roman, 12-pt font for body text. Please do not deviate from this template.
4. Tables and figures
   1. All tables and figures should listed separately at the end of the paper (see template below).
   2. Please be sure that all graphics are of at least 300 dpi or higher quality.
   3. Since the proceedings will only be published digitally, color graphics are encouraged.
   4. When appropriate, please submit native artwork (e.g., .jpegs, .ai, .eps, etc.). We cannot guarantee the quality of images copy and pasted into a word processor file.
5. Papers due by the 15^th of August.
