- Head north into Vermont for the quintessential New England experience. We’ll visit with a private woodland owner or two; stop at a community forest, where individuals and families buy shares of a managed forest and then access its resources, from timber to trails; eat and drink of Vermont’s finest; and hopefully see some beautiful fall foliage along the way.
